Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or high order volumes.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to the United States mainland only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. overseas territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

Orders $50.00 and above qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $50.00 are charged a flat shipping fee of $8.99. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address. This email will include your tracking number and tracking link. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons. In such cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

Sales Tax

Sales tax may be applied to orders based on applicable U.S. state regulations and will be calculated at checkout when required.

International Orders

We do not currently accept or process international orders. Only orders within the eligible United States shipping area will be fulfilled.
